Hon. Dr. Kenneth Chibuogwu Gbandi, Deputy National Chairman (Diaspora Engagement) of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and the senatorial candidate for Delta North in the 2023 general election, extends his heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Chukwuka Monye on the occasion of his 45th birthday.
Dr. Monye, a distinguished graduate of Warner University, Florida, and an innovation strategist trained at the University of Oxford, has demonstrated exemplary leadership and vision.
