The Director General of Diaspora Affairs for the Apex Association of Anioma Indigenes Inc. (AAAI), Hon. KC Gbandi, has praised the induction of the Executive Director of Projects, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Olorogun Dr. Ebenezer Okorodudu, as the National Patron of the Association.

The induction, led by AAAI President, Apostle Patrick A. Nwanze, alongside dedicated executive members in Nigeria, marks a significant milestone in the association’s efforts to promote culture as a catalyst for development in Delta State. Hon. Gbandi expressed deep gratitude to Olorogun Dr. Okorodudu for his unwavering commitment and willingness to support the association’s noble initiatives.  

According to Gbandi, the endorsement and backing of leaders like Dr. Okorodudu are crucial in driving AAAI’s mission of cultural heritage preservation and socio-economic development. He emphasized that the association’s ongoing efforts, including the Anioma Cultural Heritage Renaissance and the upcoming South-South Economic and Cultural Development Summit in Asaba, require collective support from all Deltans, particularly those in the diaspora.  

Hon. Gbandi called on Anioma sons and daughters worldwide to unite under the leadership of Apostle Nwanze to reposition AAAI as a formidable force for good governance, development, Peace, progress, ensuring that culture remains a key driver of sustainable development in Delta State. He reiterated the association’s commitment to fostering collaboration between the diaspora and homeland, ensuring a legacy of growth and cultural pride for future generations.
