5 Queens One Crown

The Winner is Miss Alice Sana Mohamed, a beauty from the Northern part of Nigeria. She captivated the audience with her angelic voice, when she sang a popular song by Rihanna called “Stay”. Miss Sana told us that if she becomes the winner, she is going to start a project which will be about taking care and looking after less privileged old African people here in Germany.
The first runner up is Miss Sarah Omoniyi, she came out to represent the Yoruba region of Nigeria. The 21 years old miss is a dentist assistant and she is no only beautiful but she has got brains.
The Event started on time, there was no African time compared to other events. The location was fantastic and decently decorated and it was full to the brim, every seat was occupied. Many important personalities from and outside Germany graced the occasion with their presence, among them were Pat Atta, Senator Elombo Bolayela, Chief Tala Awolola,Irene Appiah, Miss Ghana Germany and many more. The various Comedians and DJs contributed immensely in making this event a huge success.
The Organizers really beat everybody’s expectations this year and there is no room for much criticism. The one and only critic is that everyone expected an aftershow party and there was none but we can overlook that, but nevertheless we all had fun and that is the most important thing.
In summary the occasion was a huge success and the ladies gave their best. The judges’ decision was fair and the best MISS took the crown. Miss Nigeria Germany 2013/2014 is an example of how a good beauty pageant should look like.
